This policy explains what personal information SANCTIFY (“Sanctify”, “we”) collects when you use this website or engage us as a client, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information we collect

• Enquiry details. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, indicated budget range and your message.
• Client account data. If you become a client, we handle business contact details and — where you grant it — delegated access to your social, advertising and analytics accounts.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider logs standard request information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver contracted services and report on their performance.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations in India.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't explicitly opt into.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that make our work possible — for example email delivery, cloud hosting, project management and advertising platforms — and only to the extent they need it. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

Enquiries that don't become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of our engagement and then for as long as Indian tax and contract law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Write to help@sanctify.in and we will respond within 30 days.
