These terms govern your use of this website and summarise the basis on which SANCTIFY (“Sanctify”) provides services. A signed engagement letter, where one exists, takes precedence over anything below.

Use of this website

The content here is provided for general information. Case-study figures describe results achieved for specific clients under specific conditions and are not a promise of comparable outcomes for your business.

Engagements and retainers

• Retainers run for an initial minimum term of three months.
• After the initial term, either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
• Retainer fees are invoiced in advance of each month and are due within seven days.
• Advertising budget is paid by you directly to the platform (Meta, Google or similar) and is not included in retainer fees.

Your responsibilities

Effective social media work depends on timely input. You agree to provide reasonable access to your premises, team and accounts, to respond to approval requests within agreed timeframes, and to ensure any materials you supply to us do not infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual property

On full payment of the invoices relating to it, all content we create for you — including raw footage, edited assets and templates — becomes yours. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public commercial information confidential, both during the engagement and after it ends.

Results and liability

We commit to the agreed scope of work and to professional standards of execution. We cannot guarantee specific commercial results, and we are not responsible for outcomes driven by platform algorithm changes, account suspensions imposed by third parties, or factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
